Kiwa identified that some users were relying on separate spreadsheet tools for more in-depth analysis and wanted to bring these advanced analytics capabilities directly into the Impact platform. At the same time, Kiwa set out to renew the analytics foundation to improve efficiency and support future development.
Kiwa partnered with Veracell to deliver the upgrade end-to-end, covering architecture, implementation, migration, and handover. The delivery introduced a dedicated analytics database, a maintainable analytics backend, and automated data transfer jobs with CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable data flows and smooth ongoing operations. New analytics views were built into Kiwa Impact, and existing views were migrated to the new platform to maintain continuity for both users and developers. Access control is enforced automatically based on individual user rights, ensuring analytics data is available only to authorized users.
The result is richer analytics within Kiwa Impact itself. Users can pivot and drill down into data, then save and share analytical views across teams, making insights easier to reuse, align on, and act on. The renewed backend is also simpler to maintain and extend, giving Kiwa a scalable foundation for future analytics features and platform growth.
