Veracell's data and artificial intelligence experts took part in the workshops to generate ideas for the selection of technologies, to assess the realism of the plans and the feasibility of their implementation.
The content produced during the workshops was compiled into a report, which included a view of important development measures that are in line with the chosen strategy.
As a result, concrete plans were created for choosing the direction of AI development.

Veracell worked with Trustmary to implement a data and AI strategy print that will enable the company to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence models. During the project, we identified targets for the utilization of artificial intelligence, considered the required expertise, technology, tools and operating models, and analyzed the benefits and risks of potential AI projects. The aim was to define projects to be implemented using a proof-of-concept model, so that results would be obtained as quickly as possible without a large initial investment. With the help of research experiments, decisions regarding further development can be made on the basis of more solid knowledge.
