Full-stack Lead

We are looking for a full-stack lead to build our competence in the field of software development.

Ideally, you have 5+ years of relevant technical experience and have been working with clients as a consultant. You should be able to lead a technical team consisting of both internal and external people.

We'd love to hear your take on the role, but we are thinking that you would:

• Help us build a team of full-stack capable developers
• Be responsible of your team in onboarding, daily work and growth as professionals
• Support our sales in meetings with prospects and clients
• Participate in creating project plans and offers
• Join our management team in taking our work culture forward
• Take a lead on customer projects as project manager or scrum master

As we are a data-oriented company, we hope you are comfortable with working with large amounts of data. You should be able to handle for example:

• Cloud
• React, Typescript
• Python
• Linux
• SQL/NoSQL
• Scrum
